The flavours, textures and ease of preparation will make this one dish I put into our family dinner rotation - Big Hit! My family loves when I make Carleigh’s Veggie Pot Pie - another genius dish for flavour and ease of preparation. I highly recommend everyone to try this mushroom stroganoff - thanks Carleigh!
