Hey friends, Carleigh here.

When I first launched this Substack, I knew I wanted it to have a personal touch. With the constant churn of 20-second reels and quick-hit content on social media, it feels like genuine connection and meaningful conversation often get lost in the noise. My hope is to carve out a little space here for something deeper—something that feels like a real conversation over coffee rather than another scroll-past moment.

After giving it some thought, I landed on the idea of creating a monthly personal newsletter called From Carleigh’s Kitchen. I’m not entirely sure what shape it will take each month, but for now, I’m committing to sitting down with laptop and letting the words unfold naturally. Think of it as a cozy, behind-the-scenes glimpse into my life, thoughts, and whatever’s cooking—literally and figuratively.
